The Official Guide to Ultra Music Festival

Miami, Ultra is going back to where it belongs...Bayfront Park!

This past year, Ultra was forced to change the venue to Virginia Key, and let's just say it wasn't the best decision. After the shows, people had to wait hours or had to walk 3 miles just to get
transportation. It just didn’t feel right.

But now, after a series of negotiations, Miami commissioners have approved a deal
for Ultra Music Festival to return to its home, Bayfront Park. Ultra always belongs in
Downtown. Ultra brings in millions of dollars to the city of Miami, so they did what it
took to keep it here.

Now that it’s home, Ultra 2020 is shaping up to be one of the best shows ever. Ultra
Miami has revealed Phase 1 lineup for its booming return to Bayfront Park.

Phase 1:

Phase 1 has been revealed for Ultra Music Festival 2020. As always, the lineup includes world-
class artists and the best in production. They have some amazing things planned for their big comeback.

One of the biggest reveals is that Grammy award-winning producer, Flume, will be making his
Ultra Music Festival debut as a live headliner. He will do a little bit of everything. He’s going to
be on the drums, synths, and a few surprise instruments as he treats the audience to a unique
show they’ve never seen before.

Other big news is that Major Lazer, the mind-bending super group, is coming back to Ultra 2020.
People expect them to include music from their upcoming fourth studio album. They will be
doing their new live show, which will probably include a few surprises.

From one corner to the other, Ultra 2020 will be filled with top-class talent. Here’s a list of other
headliners coming next year. Special shout out to Grammy ward-winner FISHER, who will be
making his awaited festival debut in Ultra.

Above & Beyond, Adam Beyer B2B Cirez D, Afrojack, Amelie Lens, Armin van Buuren, Carl
Cox, David Guetta, DJ Snake, Dubfire B3B Nicole Moudaber B3B Paco Osuna, Eric Prydz,
FISHER, Maceo Plex B2B Carl Cox, Martin Garrix, Amelie Lens, Richie Hawtin, SLANDER
B2B Kayzo and Tale Of Us.

Back-to-Back-to-Back Madness:

Phase 1 lineup is going to bring never before seen back-to-back partnerships. It will also feature
some B3Bs, back-to-back-to-back. House giant Jamie Jones will be on-stage working his magic
with Ultra legend Carl Cox + a surprise third act. In what has a lot of people exited, Adam Beyer,
Cirez D and Slander, Kayzo will feature in back-to-back performances. Techno maestro Maceo
Plex will also be playing with Carl Cox. Paco Osuna, Nicole Moudaber and Dubfire finish the list
of back-to-back-back performances. This will be the third time they treat Ultra to their legendary
B3B show.

The famous Resistance Megastructure, which was created by Carl Cox in 2005, will be open all
three days of the festival. In honor of this anniversary, this will be the first time that it will be
open all three days of the festival, instead of just Friday and Saturday.

A State of Trance + Radio Stage

Like we all expected, Armin van Buuren’s famous A State of Trance will be back at
Ultra 2020. This will actually be the 10th year anniversary of Armin hosting the stage
at the festival. And as a bonus, the stage will open on Saturday instead of Sunday, the
first time this has ever happened. We don’t know who Armin will be bring to the next
A State of Trance, but I’m sure it will not disappoint. Last year he featured Dash Berlin’s
Jeffrey Sutorius, Cosmic Gate, and Markus Shulz.

Ultra Music 2020 will also feature a takeover of the UMF Radio stage by the label Guy
Vibrations. This will be the first time this happens. Last year they brought the heat
when they shocked fans with appearances from Shaquille O’Neal and Lil Jon. With
their debut of the UMF stage takeover, Gud Vibrations is sure to bring a packed
lineup. The exact date of reveal is unknown, but will be out soon.

Phase 1 lineup is packed with the best of the best. Talent in every corner of the
festival. It will also feature awesome exclusive performances, first time debuts, and
some fire B2Bs and B3Bs. Back in its rightful home, Ultra 2020 is going to come hard and make everyone forget what happened last year.
