Miami Considering Shutting Down Ultra - Don't Believe It

Almost every year a new article comes out stating that Ultra Music Festival will be closed by the city. Every year these articles fail to state the truth. The truth is that only a small amount of people want to close down Ultra mostly older residents and local business which have to shut down due to the traffic over the weekend. 

The truth is that Ultra Music Festival brings about $79 million dollars annually for the Miami Economy. They bring money to local hotels, restaurants, tourism, clubs, bars, malls, and more. Each year over 100,000 people visit Miami to enjoy Ultra and they spend a lot of money.

Apart from the monetary benefit Ultra Music Festival brings Miami they also help create nearly 1,000 jobs. They hire vendors, security, police, medics, planners, construction, media, and a ton of other professionals. This amazing festival also pays about $10 million in federal, state, and local taxes.
