Those attending the festivals always have a great time. However, locals and the police normally hate the event due to the loud music, traffic, drugs, and arrest. Electric Forest has managed to break all the stereotypes and become a police favorite.
Col. Joe Gaspar recently released a statement on the local MLive publication where he called Electric Forest amazing. He also said this year the Michigan State Police made 600 pieces of Kandi to trade with attendees.
This the result of perfect planing, community relations, and respect between attendees and locals. Where there is respect there is success. Take notes fellow ravers! We don't want anymore festivals closed down.
